Three bedrooms, a terrace, a lift and a garage — in the centre of Bergamo

This is an apartment to live in, not a room to sleep in. An oven and a full-size fridge, a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathtub, and a terrace that half the flat opens onto. Come by car, park it in the garage, and stay a week.

An apartment we can recommend — it belongs to our partner, and we look after it day to day.

How many of you are coming

The apartment grows with your party. Each step adds a room, so you can see exactly what you get.

  1. 2 The master bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom, the living room and the terrace.
  2. 4 Plus the bedroom with two single beds, and the second bathroom — the one with the bathtub.
  3. 6 Plus the third bedroom: one single bed and a fold-out armchair bed.
  4. 8 Plus the sofa in the living room, which folds out for two.

Room by room

Master bedroom

Master bedroom

The largest room: a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and its own bathroom with a shower and a bidet. It faces the other side of the building — two big windows, and no door to the terrace.

Twin bedroom

Twin bedroom

Two single beds 80 cm wide, an armchair, a bedside table and a large wardrobe. A door opens straight onto the terrace.

Third bedroom

Third bedroom

One single bed 80 cm wide and a fold-out armchair bed measuring 80 by 188 cm. A wardrobe, a bedside table and a stool. This room opens onto the terrace as well.

To be straight about the armchair bed: at 188 cm it is shorter than a normal bed and 80 cm is narrow. It suits a child, a teenager or a slight adult. Two grown adults will find it tight, and we would rather say so now than have you discover it at midnight.

Living room with the kitchen

Living room with the kitchen

One open space. A hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a large fridge and a dishwasher; a dining table with chairs, a television, and a big sofa that folds out for two. The terrace opens from here as well.

Two bathrooms

Two bathrooms

The first belongs to the master bedroom: shower and bidet. The second sits in the corridor between the other two bedrooms and has a bathtub, a bidet, a mirror and a cabinet.

The terrace

The terrace

Three doors open onto it: the living room and two of the three bedrooms. There is a table, an armchair and a small sofa. In practice it becomes another room — the grown-ups at the table, the children in sight, and nobody walking through somebody else’s bedroom to get there.

The garage

The garage

A garage for two cars, one behind the other — so the inner car comes out after the outer one. It costs 15 € a day on top of the room rate. There is a lift in the building, which matters more than it sounds once you are carrying suitcases.

The garage

The garage entrance is on the far side of the same building, where it carries a different street number: 27. If you are arriving by car, point the navigator at number 27 rather than 6/F — the gate is there, not by the front door.

  • Bergamo railway station is a seven-minute walk.
  • For Bergamo Orio al Serio airport: the stop for city buses 1 and 1E is six to seven minutes on foot from the house, and the ride to the terminal takes about fifteen minutes.
  • Up to Città Alta, the old upper town: about twenty minutes on foot to the funicular, or seven minutes to the bus stop and up from there.

Letting yourself in

Check-in is entirely self-service, at any hour. Complete the online registration before you travel — it is required — and the link arrives right afterwards, in the app on your phone. It holds three buttons, used in order: the first opens the entrance door, the second the way into the complex and the door to the lift hall, and the third the key box by the apartment door — it lights up blue, and inside is the key. If anything goes wrong with the phone, the box also opens with a code: write to us and we will send it. No reception, nobody waiting up for you.

Always included

Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. No extras, no surprises at the door.
