Online check-in is mandatory. After booking you receive a link: fill in the details and upload an ID for every guest — Italian law requires it, the data goes to the police. Five minutes, and in return you arrive whenever you like, with nobody waiting to hand over keys. Until the check-in is complete, the door link is not sent.
Same-day bookings are accepted until 23:30. If you are arriving tonight or after midnight, message us on WhatsApp first: we may not manage to process the request in time, and without confirmation the door link is not sent.
Tourist tax is not included in the price. In Lombardy it is 7% of the room rate, capped at €5 per person per night, and is collected separately during online check-in.
