Early morning: the light has just touched the shutters, the streets are still empty, the city wakes up slowly. From below comes the smell of coffee and fresh pastries — the city is calling. The most compact of the four rooms, yet everything is its own: bathroom, air conditioning, mini-fridge. And everyone sleeps on their own, nobody disturbs anyone.
Beds: Two single beds
We do not add extra beds or cots.
Shares a kitchen with Meriggio. Book both and you have the kitchen to yourselves.
Availability and booking
Online check-in is mandatory. After booking you receive a link: fill in the details and upload an ID for every guest — Italian law requires it, the data goes to the police. Five minutes, and in return you arrive whenever you like, with nobody waiting to hand over keys. Until the check-in is complete, the door link is not sent.
Same-day bookings are accepted until 23:30. If you are arriving tonight or after midnight, message us on WhatsApp first: we may not manage to process the request in time, and without confirmation the door link is not sent.

Two kitchens, not one
Both kitchens have a kettle, a Nespresso machine, an induction hob, a microwave, cookware, plates and glasses. The one shared by rooms 3 and 4 also has a dishwasher.
